Vince Sbarra, President
Mr. Sbarra is President of Street Capital. He has been engaged in the investment banking, investment advisory and securities business for 18 years. Before co-founding StreetCapital's predecessor organization HPC Capital in 2001, Vince served as Senior Vice President of vFinance Capital. From December 1999 through June, 2001 Vince was a Senior Vice President of vFinance Capital (previously known as the Investment Banking Division of Union Atlantic Capital, L.C.). From May 1999 through December 1999, Vince was a Vice President of Corporate Finance at First Atlanta Securities, LLC, and from November 1995 through May 1999 Mr. Sbarra was employed in various financial capacities at JW Genesis Securities, a New York Stock Exchange member firm. During Vince's time at JW Genesis' Specialty Finance Group, the group was responsible for raising in excess of $400 million for public companies. From 1992 through 1995, Vince was employed at Josephthal & Co, Inc., a New York Stock member firm.
Vince holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University.

Paul T. Mannion, Jr., Senior Managing Director
Mr. Mannion has over 26 years of experience in the financial industry as a both a highly successful fund manager and financial services professional. Prior to co-founding StreetCapital, Mr. Mannion was the General Partner of a top performing family of funds from 2002 - 2008. In 2001, Mr. Mannion co-founded and served as President of HPC Capital and in 2003 and 2004. HPC Capital was ranked as one of the most active US placement agent in number of closed transactions. From 1999 through 2001, Mr. Mannion served as President of the Investment Banking division of vFinance Investments, and was a Managing Director of the firm. From November 1995 to September 1999, Paul was Senior Vice President of Investment Banking Division of JW Genesis Securities, Inc., a NYSE member firm with over 800 brokers nationwide which was acquired by Wachovia Securities. Mr. Mannion also worked in various financial capacities at Josephthal, Oppenheimer & Co., Paine Webber, Inc. and First Atlanta Securities, LLC.
During the past fifteen years, Paul has been instrumental in the origination, structuring, and funding of over 100 transactions of various sizes, totaling over $750 million in closed deals. As a Fund Manager focusing on Alternative Investments, Mr. Mannion played an integral role in the identification, negotiation, and structuring of over 70 individual investments ranging in size from $1 million to over $25 million in various industry sectors. Mr. Mannion has been involved in work-out financings, reverse mergers, IPOs, various alternative investment structures and work-outs. Mr. Mannion currently holds several registrations with FINRA including a Series 7 (General Securities Representative), Series 8 (NYSE Principal), Series 24 (General Securities Principal), Series 27 (Financial and Operations Principal), Series 55 (Equity Trader Principal) and Series 63 (State Blue Sky).
Mr. Mannion graduated from the E. Claiborne Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond in 1984. Mr. Mannion serves on the Board of Directors of Cord Blood Solutions, Inc. and is on the Advisory Board of the Black College Football Hall of Fame and has served on various other charitable, athletic and educational boards.

Brian Corbman, Managing Director of Capital Markets
Brian Corbman is the Director of Capital Markets at Street Capital and holds the following FINRA licenses: Series 24, Series 7 and Series 63. Brian has worked with numerous public and private companies on corporate formation, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, capital advisory, restructuring, reverse mergers and investor relations. Brian integrates a strong entrepreneurial background with extensive financial services and capital markets experience. Previously Brian was the Director of Special Situations at a boutique investment bank that focused on Chinese reverse mergers and has been employed in various capacities at multiple broker dealers. Prior to investment banking, Brian gained valuable operational experience working for GSI Commerce (GSIC), where he was responsible for corporate development and business strategy. Brian graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BBA from George Washington University, Washington, DC.
Matt Myers, CFA, Vice President
Mr. Myers has over 14 years experience in the securities industry. Prior to joining StreetCapital, Mr. Myers spent seven years with JP Morgan Asset Management and ING Investment Management as a buy-side high yield/distressed bond analyst covering multiple sectors, including cable and telecom. The first six years of Mr. Myers' career were spent at Fidelity Investments working as a trader for retail clients and an account manager in the Private Wealth Management Group.
Mr. Myers became a CFA Charterholder in 2001. Mr. Myers received a Masters Degree from the University of Kentucky's Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce and a Bachelors Degree from Penn State University in International Relations. Licenses held: Series 79

Karl Francis Birkenfeld, Vice President
Mr. Birkenfeld has over 28 years of industry experience at various NYSE and FINRA regulated investment firms including Shearson Lehman, Paine Webber and West Cap Securities. Initially focused on retail securities, Mr Birkenfeld joined the institutional desk in 2001 and raised money for numerous public companies over his career. Participated in seed financing for in Ciena 1992 and Widepoint in 2004.
Mr. Birkenfeld currently holds several registrations with FINRA including a Series 7 (General Securities Representative), Series 63 (State Blue Sky)a Series 79 (Investment Banking Representative) and a Series 24 (FINRA branch manager).
Mr. Birkenfeld was awarded a ROTC scholarship and graduated from Syracuse University in 1977 with a BA in International Relations from Maxwell School of Citzenship. Upon graduation, commissioned 2nd LT U.S. Army and was named a Distinguished Military Grad and Distinguished Military Student. Completed Masters Degree in Management and Hospital Administration at Fort Bliss, Texas and received MA from Webster University in 1980. After military service Mr. Birkenfeld attended and graduated Brooklyn Law School with JD in 1984

Kenneth W. Hart., Vice President, Institutional Sales
Mr. Hart has over 12 years experience in the securities industry in various roles as a trader and in sales developing relationships with high net worth individuals and institutions around the globe. Prior to joining StreetCapital he worked for five years with Westminster Securities/Hudson Securities where he worked in the institutional sales and equity research sales group. His focus was to expand institutional relationships in the U.S. and Asia for the sale of investments in the firm's private placement products and its micro to small cap research. Through these relationships he closed numerous transactions for both public and private companies in the U.S. and in China.
Previously, Mr. Hart worked for Grayson Financial providing investment services and developing a customer base of high net worth individuals. He began his career on Wall Street with LaBranche & Co. a NYSE member firm at the bottom. He quickly worked his way up from runner to equity trader on the prop desk with responsibilities of trading his own account and working directly with the floor Specialists in their ADR group helping facilitate trades with European broker dealers.
Mr. Hart currently holds several registrations with FINRA including a Series 7 (General Securities Representative), Series 63 (State Blue Sky) and a Series 79 (Investment Banking Representative).
Mr. Hart received and Masters Degree in Athletic Administration and Sports Management from the College of New Jersey. While studying he worked as a Graduate Assistant for the Men's Basketball Team working with players on the court and with off court duties of recruiting and scouting. He received his Bachelors Degree from St John's University in Athletic Administration and a Minor in Business.
