We created our Corporate Service offerings with the promising micro-cap company in mind. Many of our corporate clients have already achieved a high level of initial success and are looking to us to help them take that success to a new level.
Specifically, we accomplish this for our corporate clients as follows:
- We begin by developing a deep understanding of each client's business, industry, current needs and challenges, and goals for the future.
- Once we truly understand a client's situation, we create an engagement plan that describes in detail what services we will provide, when and how we will provide them, and how we see those services helping achieve the next level of success. These services typically include a blend of fundraising and other investment banking services, liquidity and investor visibility consulting, and when appropriate, organizational and strategic consulting as well.
- As the engagement nears completion, we work with each client to evaluate progress, re-assess the situation, and begin planning for the best next steps.
- Because we often accept a significant portion of our compensation in restricted stock, especially for our consulting work, we view our clients more as business partners than as customers. As a result, we tend to have a long-term commitment to each customer, and over time often work on multiple engagements.
In addition to our corporate offering, we offer due diligence services to the buyside.
