The Investment Banking Group at StreetCapital has specialized in funding small and micro-cap companies since 1995, and as HPC Capital Management and Westminster/Hudson, we've consistently ranked in the TOP 10 Investment Banks in terms of most PIPE transactions completed since 2003. The Bankers utilize their collective financing and structuring expertise garnered at some of Wall Street's most prestigious firms to provide top quality investment banking services to our clients. Every client engagement is led by a senior level professional who works closely with the company's management to ensure that the size and structure of the financing mandate is achieved and met.

Typically, we complete funding transactions for companies that wish to fund their growth plan, complete a key acquisition, or reach an important milestone. However, we have completed financings for other purposes, and will consider any transaction that makes sense for our client and the investors with whom we work.

Based on each client's specific situation, and the current market environment, we will structure and negotiate an attractive financing transaction.

Mergers and Acquisitions

Our investment professionals have negotiated, structured, or financed numerous merger and acquisition transactions in variety of industries; over the past 5 years, these transactions have had an aggregate value in excess of $350 million.

At StreetCapital, we base each of our client engagements on a deep understanding of the client, which allows us to advise our clients on all aspects of a planned acquisition or merger, from strategic to structural. Specifically, we:

  2. Ensure that a transaction, once decided upon, is optimally structured, negotiated, and tax-optimized
